Information: Enrique plays a trapped man sent to jail for a misunderstanding. Enrique reflects on the times when he was free and able to be with his girlfriend. Mischa Barton plays his beautiful love interest who visits him in an emotional scene at the jail where she is soon forced away by guards.
In the video, Iglesias is depicted as a jail prisoner who receives limited visitations with restricted contact from Barton, implying he is addicted to her, and cannot have as much of her as he wants. At the end of the video it is realized that there is no prison, and he simply is addicted to her.
In a radio interview with KIIS-FM Iglesias claimed that the idea for the video was inspired by the movie Midnight Express.

The video was shot in the former home of Randolph Scott.
The young woman in the video was played by actress Mischa Barton (The O.C.). The young man in the video was played by actor Matt Dallas (Kyle XY).
