Ashton Kutcher’s scripted model-centric drama The Beautiful Life has been canceled since this past Wednesday’s episode was seen by just 1 million viewers. After two episodes, The CW gave it the axe, making it the first cancellation of the fall season. According to THR, production was halted Friday while filming its seventh episode. Here’s the very first look of The Beautiful Life, set to premiere Fall 2009 on The CW. The Beautiful Life will be executive produced by Ashton Kutcher and will revolve around a group of male and female models sharing a residence in New York City. The O.C actress Mischa Barton loves being involved in every aspect of producing her self-titled line of handbags and is always ready for inspiration to strike. She said: “I come up with my inspirations and ideas for fabrics and styles and then a team will present me with the drawings. From there we tweak and rejig. It’s a fascinating process that I am very hands-on with. Inspiration strikes me all the time so I have to keep my ideas noted somehow.” The actress has also worked on a range of headbands and says she finds them easy to promote as she is such a big fan of headgear. She added to Britain’s Hello! magazine: “Stacey Lapidus approached me with her idea for a cool young headband line with me and I already was a fan of her designs, so I was very flattered. “I love wearing them, so it’s easy to promote them. Some are more detailed than others but they are meant to be fun and easy, yet desirable.”
